504 Movement

This is not a 404 Error. This is the 504 Movement. Specifically, Section 504, formerly of the the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.  On September 1st, 2026, Justice James Hendrix accepted the motion for settlement from Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr, representing the United States Department of Health and Human Services, in conjunction with Ken Paxton, representing the State of Texas,  Cori Mills representing the State of Alaska, and James Uthmeier representing the State of Florida.

This site is of an educational nature. It is to inform people of what was stricken from law, helping them to understand what these rights look like going forward for now, and how we move forward as a society from this devestating loss.
